A four night residential retreat for female identified people in EÍRÍ retreat centre, West Cork. We will explore & integrate aspects of the Wild Woman, Warrior and the Wise Woman. Enjoy adventures in nature and the space to slow down & drop into a deeper more embodied connection with yourself, your breathe and your relationship with nature.
